At Britannica we believe it is important for all the staff at institutions to have a full understanding of the capabilities of
the site. This means we are effectively training the trainers so you can help the users make the most of your subscription to Britannica Online.
We find the best and most time efficient method of conducting this session is for the staff at your institution to be gathered around a data projector with a large screen and a speaker phone to allow staff to interact and ask questions while the EB Trainer takes them through the many features of the site. Institutions are entitled to one training
session per year.
